We carefully do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We try to ship orders placed before 3 p.m. on working days on the same day. However, we do not always succeed in achieving this, sometimes products are not in stock and then the delivery of your order may take a little longer. On the product page there is an indication of the delivery time. If, for whatever reason, we are unable to meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
The prices quoted are exclusive of shipping costs. The shipping costs to France are €6,50 (and free for orders over €150), to the Netherlands: €8,50, for Belgium and Germany it’s €7,50. Please contact us for information on shipping costs to other countries. We will do our best to find the cheapest carrier for your country.
In general the delivery within The Netherlands will take place on the next working day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the moment of delivery.
It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you don’t like the product or maybe there is another reason why you would not want to keep the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.
After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping. Only the costs for return from your home to the web store are for your own account. Consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product with all supplied accessories and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging must be returned to Tingasoul. To make use of this right you can contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on the value reduction of the product to you. Treat the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged on a return.
Why not a free return?
We do not consider return shipments to be consistent with the sustainable nature of our products. That is why we do not want to “sponsor” these by offering free returns. If you have any doubts about an item or the size of an item, please contact us. We can then provide more information, send extra photos or pass on the dimensions.
Do you want to exchange your product? That’s no problem at all. For this you can contact email@example.com. You do, however, bear the costs for returning the product.
