We carefully do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We try to ship orders placed before 3 p.m. on working days on the same day. However, we do not always succeed in achieving this, sometimes products are not in stock and then the delivery of your order may take a little longer. On the product page there is an indication of the delivery time. If, for whatever reason, we are unable to meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
The prices quoted are exclusive of shipping costs. The shipping costs to France are €6,50 (and free for orders over €150), to the Netherlands: €8,50, for Germany it’s €10,00. Please contact us for information on shipping costs to other countries. We will do our best to find the cheapest carrier for your country.
In general the delivery within The Netherlands will take place on the next working day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the moment of delivery.
